Written on Letterhead
Some thanks arrive as a message. Others arrive as a formal letter, signed and stamped by the institution itself — a record that the books reached the shelves they were meant for.
Ghana National College, Cape Coast
In July 2026, Headmaster Joseph Ato Sarpong wrote on behalf of the Board of Governors, management, staff and students to acknowledge a donation of fifteen copies of When Preparation Meets Opportunity and two copies of Prep Talk to the school library.
The letter described the gift as a reflection of Dr. Turkson's commitment to reading culture and academic excellence, and confirmed the books had been received into the library for the use of students and staff.

Voices from the Community
When Preparation Meets Opportunity came to me at the exact moment I needed it. I had been waiting for a sign — and this book was it. Dr. Turkson writes like she knows exactly where you are and exactly what you need to hear.
I gave Prep Talk to every graduate in my family last year. One hundred quotes that don't feel like quotes — they feel like conversations. Dr. Turkson has a rare gift for making wisdom feel personal.
I have heard many speakers in my life. Dr. Turkson is different. She doesn't just inspire — she equips. You leave her sessions knowing what to do next, not just feeling good about it.
Joining the Dr. Turkson Club changed the way I approach every day. The idea that preparation is a practice — not a one-time event — is something I now live by. This community holds you to that standard.
I ordered When Preparation Meets Opportunity on a whim. I finished it in two sittings and started a reading group with my colleagues the following week. That is what Dr. Turkson does — she makes you want to share what you have found.
